+# Third-party data notices
+
+SafeShield can download DNS blocklist artifacts from SmartSafeHub services. Some
+artifacts may contain data derived from third-party blocklist projects. Those
+data remain subject to their respective licenses and notices.
+

+SmartSafeHub may normalize, sort, deduplicate, or convert the format of
+HaGeZi-derived lists before an artifact is delivered to SafeShield. A delivered
+artifact that is derived from HaGeZi's DNS Blocklists remains subject to the
+GNU General Public License v3.0.
+
+The HaGeZi project states that its lists are provided without warranty and that
+individual upstream sources can have their own licenses. Refer to the upstream
+repository, its disclaimer, and `sources.md` for the notices applicable to the
+source data used by HaGeZi.
